Finn Church Aid (FCA) has completed its change negotiations.\u202fThe negotiations resulted in a reduction of staff equivalent to 8.4 full-time positions in FCA’s Helsinki office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
CHANGE NEGOTIATIONS<\/strong> started at the end of November 2024.\u202fThe aim was to address a structural funding gap, find ways to improve efficiency and ensure the effectiveness of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “The aim of the change negotiations was to ensure the continuation of FCA\u2019s core tasks in a situation where securing funding for development and humanitarian aid has become increasingly challenging in many ways.\u202fI would like to thank the staff for their constructive attitude in a difficult situation,” says Tomi J\u00e4rvinen<\/strong>, FCA Executive Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since 2013, FCA’s funding has increased from \u20ac31 million to almost \u20ac80 million.\u202fThe number of beneficiaries has quadrupled since 2018.
